day 2 TODAY

In the stressful world we live in, where time seems to fly by at an extraordinary rate, how can you make more of the moment?


i make sure to write down everything each night and take as many photographs as i can i also live by you only live once also they are only small for a short amount of time enjoy everything they do

How can you become more mindful of the things that are important in your life?
 
i am grateful everyday for my life i wouldn't wish for anything differant  i know only to well that the time we get to spend with people is short
